Shipping Supplies
EcoJoia uses 100% recycled post consumer waste content shipping boxes, 30% recycled paper envelopes, and 100% recyclable shipping bags. EcoJoia also reuses shipping materials whenever possible.

US Domestic Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of order.

USPS First Class Ground Shipping: Base rate of $6.00 and increased with weight
USPS Express Shipping (1-2 Day): Base rate of $33.00 and increased with weight

International Shipping
We are currently working on establishing a new international shipping provider.

Once established orders are generally received within 5-20 business days of shipment, depending on the country's customs procedure. International orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL.

EcoJoia is not responsible for failed delivery of international orders. Please verify all address information prior to completing your order. EcoJoia is not responsible for duties paid to receive packages. Duties and Customs fee's vary by country and are out of EcoJoia's control.
